hive maintenance.
Do you need an experienced beekeeper to help you with your hives? Are you interested in having hives of your own but don't have the time to learn how?
whole hive maintenance | For one yearly flat rate we provide bees, all equipment and all supplemental supplies and bees needed. Minimum honey harvest is 10 pounds honey and all honey your hive produces is bottled and returned to you.

apiary site evaluation | Little Rhody Beekeeping will evaluate your property to find the optimal spot for a hive.
hive recommendations | Little Rhody Beekeeping currently recommends and runs 10-frame Langstroth in a combination of deeps and mediums.
purchase hive components and bees from vendors we know + trust | Little Rhody Beekeeping purchases woodenware from local businesses whenever possible. Bees come from our own operation or from local vendors.
It's the “bee fairy” model! |LRB will install and maintain your beehive and in return you receive honey!
existing beehives | We can take over existing beehives but please note that all bees considered healthy will be transferred onto new equipment using our system. We are not responsible for the removal of old equipment.
